Netcam plugin for Linux?

Using HS .143 on Ubuntu
According to the plugin overview http://homeseer.com/homeseer-plug-ins.html
the (free) HomeSeer Netcam plugin should be available for Linux.
I cannot find it in the updater. Under the "Camera support" tab only the SightHoundVideo3 plugin is shown.
