I am still getting announcements where it spells out the name instead of just saying the name. I've also heard a mix of saying part of the name and spelling part of it.

For example, with the caller of "JIM and KYLE", it spells out JIM and says the name KYLE.
I thought that if I went into the Caller details and changed it to Jim and Kyle from all upper case that it might say it correctly. But it still says it the same way. After a day or two, the Caller Name in the Caller Detail list changes back to JIM AND KYLE.

I'm using an event triggered on Incoming Caller with Announce Caller attribute.

That's odd. What are you using for your text to speech?

Colin, I'm assuming that if one first creates an event to speak via $$DTA:UltraCID3-Name: and then decides to use Random plugin that we would change the event to use random phrase for speaking? Mike
