Duplicate devices

Happy Thanksgiving Mark!

I have what I believe is a downstream issue from the refresh problem that was fixed in .147 of HS3. I added some additional new devices and the refresh issue cropped up, I did a refresh and it appears that that may have been the cause of some duplicate devices. I get an error message during boot up :

Attached is my ini file, is it safe to just edit out the dup?

shutdown hs
***** make a backup of the insteon.ini and your hs database...just in case *****
delete the duplicate sections in the ini.
renumber the remaining last few [device] sections so they are are sequential
change the [config] NumDevices=26 to the new correct count
save
restart hs
