        LOL

I think my wife and I will be visiting Fort Lauderdale again when we come to Florida next week. We at going to stay at our condo in Port Charlotte but we like to drive to the ocean side to go to the beaches. I stay in the shade while my wife bakes

We loved the Beachcomber hotel in Pampano Beach in December. We stayed there for 2 nights and it was awesome. It is a lot more expensive now so there must be something going in down there in April to explain the higher prices
        Cheers,
        Bob

First the event triggered by going on battery fired twice. Then the event triggered by battery percentage dropping below didn't fire at all.

I've got to let the UPS get charged up. The level being reported is jumping all over the place.

Edit: My bad, the event was disabled. Retrying. Still got the event on going to battery power firing twice.
          Regards,
          Michael

            Nope, still doesn't fire.

Event going on battery fires twice. Event dropping below threshold doesn't fire. Event going back on A/C fires once.

Capture a new log showing both issues and attach it zipped

Ok, first thing that happened was the Battery Percentage jumped from 45% to 51% as soon as it went on battery. The on battery event only fired once this time. Battery Level went to 0. Then Battery Percent dropped to 40. Now at 27 when debug turned off.

The threshold in the event was 43. Never fired. Return to A/C event fired once.

                Debug log attached.
                Attached Files
                Regards,

When the drops below trigger fires it should not fire again until the battery level rises above the value that triggered the "drops below" trigger

I see that 92 value in the detailed log. That was from an old test when the battery was almost fully charged. I had to keep lowering the trigger level because there was not enough time between tests to fully recharge the battery. Maybe the level it fired at is not getting reset when you change the trigger level, but only when the level rises above the previous trigger level. That could explain why it won't fire again.

Yes that is why it is not firing again. The battery level has to rise above 92 in order to get reset to trigger again.

If changing the event trigger doesn't do it, what will make it forget that 92? Stop and restart the plugin?

When the battery level goes above the last trigger value of 92 then it will reset
Yes a restart of the plugin will do it too
                            Cheers,

OK, I think. I've got it. Thanks for making this work. Using a timer is sort of a crap shoot. Triggering on a percentage should be more...better.
