    Zee with Modbus

Has anyone use the Modbus driver with a Zee. If so what did you use for the 485 bus? a usb adaptor or some sort of a daughter board?

I think my boiler has modbus built in and the built in sequences it is running dont work the best for my house. So my plan is to write my own (I do building controls for a living) But other than the modbus driver on the list of drivers I didn't see anyone here talking about using it. I don't want to spend the time trying to get the modbus register list from bosch if it is not practical on the zee.

    Thanks

Why do you expect that the modbus PI will behave Different on a zee?

If it shows up as a serial port, it should, but I would ask the question in the Modbus Plugin forum: http://board.homeseer.com/forumdisplay.php?f=1303 to make sure the author sees your question and can confirm.

        Cheers
