Setting up events for locks and sensors

I am looking for some guidance on setting up some events and wanted to see the best way to handle it:

We have some Yale YRD226 locks that we want to setup to be locked except from 800AM to 600PM Mon to Fri. Not sure the steps to get it setup.

We also have some sensors that we want notification if certain functions of the sensors go beyond thresholds (lux, temperature, or humidity). For notification we were wanting to do an email notification.

    Thank you

How would you go about setting up an email alert for the sensors so we would get an email if for example the temperature went above 80 degrees?

Here's an event that sends me a text message when the refrigerator temperature is above 43 degrees. It repeats every :15 mins.
