I have been banging my head about for a while about .net framework even though it's installed during HomeSeer installation but anyway here goes : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...l-is-available

It may be what's needed in some situations.

Pretty stable here as well, but no Zwave, only Insteon.

Upgraded to .425 from .423. All went well, startup was normal. This was on a Windows 10 installation. I am sure that this is just a left over but I noticed that in the log I have the following entry at the beginning of the startup.

              Apr-12 18:21:56 Startup ************************************************************ ********************

Same here. Last entry in the startup log was "Starting Find service". But the last things in the log were about a half dozen of these:

                  Code:
Apr-12 9:35:38 PM Warning	Dropping event callbacks due to full queue (500 entries), system may be too busy, plugins and HSTouch may not receive all device updates

                  And then it crashed.

Rolled back to 423 and all is well.

To roll back in Windows, take the download link for 425 for your system, and change 425 to 423. Download that exe file and run it. I would not recommend rolling back to 368, but you could do that the same way.

Was expecting that too. First advice was rebuild the device here.... no changes of course. Thought the image was quite clear.

                              voice commands on events question

I suppose there is no 'manual' for the voice commands on events. Just upgraded to .425 and want to start using the voice commands on events. Does that require the v3 of the skill ? Next question, if I give an event a voice command 'name', and tell alexa to turn on that name, will it respect the conditions of the event or just run it as if I pressed run ?

It does not honor the conditions. You will have to have it run an event that runs another event with conditions turned on.
