Is there a thermostat that fits my needs...?

I am currently using Proliphix NT120h thermostats in my main home. I recently added a second home and would like to add thermostats that provide the following functionality (in order of preference):

1 - Must integrate, at some level, with HS2 Pro
a - I am fairly handy at writing vb.net code and may be able to roll my own if needed, which would necessitate access to an API
b - I use HS Touch and would like to be able to integrate these T-Stats with HST

2 - Wireless Technology
a - (WIFI or z-wave are okay, but WIFI is preferable as I haven't started to use z-wave)
b - (wireless is a must-have as I don't have the ability to run a wire/cable to one of the locations)

3 - Instant, or as near to instant as possible, reporting to HS if local changes are made to the T-Stat

4 - As easy as possible on the wallet (less than $200 each, preferably)

5 - I am currently on HS Pro v2 and would like to stay on v2 for now, if possible. I don't mind purchasing a plug-in if needed.

Do such thermostats and functionality exist?

Take a look at the RadioThermostat products, either the CT-50 (also sold at Home Depot as the Filtrete 3M-50) or CT-80. They are WiFi capable and work with HS2 via my BeakerStat plugin. They meet all of your requirements except possibly #3 - they don't report instant status, but the plugin allows polling down to 60 second intervals.
