Any support for this plugin?

I have just purchase this plugin and are having some issues. I noticed that a
HS person has not responded (In this message board since August) and most problems go unanswered. I know this because those are the same problems that I am having with the lastest download\build. At $99.00 for the plugin, I expect it to work. . If you read any of the threads in this section, the problems never get fixed or responses

So can anyone at HS let us know if you are still supporting this expensive plugin?

Is that a model for all 3rd party unsupported plugins, or just this one? (reference to "just a thought" discussion)
