I have posted a poll relating to separating out the HSPhone piece of Homeseer 3 such that it runs as a separate and not integrated plugin.
This would allow use of Homeseer Phone on Linux (like the Zee2) running plugin on Windows.
Hardware
Software
Operating system
NOTE This post assumes that the user is familiar with Windows 7 and Windows 10.
The Way2Call drivers are not part of the stock Homeseer 3 build nor are they on the S6 hardware combo software devices
IE: In order to utilize the Way2Call device you must install the Way2Call drivers
Drivers
Read this guide: (Note the guide was written for Homeseer 2 and the W2C drivers are identical for Homeseer 3).
Way2Call Installation Guide
The original Way2Call drivers came with the Homeseer HSPhone CD. The drivers directory was called HiPhone.
Installation
1 - shut down Homeseer 3 and leave it OFF until instructed in this post.
2 - install the MDD device drivers and wizard found in attached ZIP called wc2.zip.
A - The attached zip has 2 subdirectories. Extract both wherever you want. The two files can be extracted to and installed from the download directory.
B - You want to install the drivers / test wizard. MAKE SURE you are using administrative mode to install the wizard and drivers.
C - here you are only installing the W2C drivers. This driver installation does not install anything in the HS3 directory.
D - the 32 and 64 bit drivers and test wizard is attached here ==> W2C
or from the Way2Call website.
Multiple Devices Driver (MDD) latest Version 2.01.16.1 64bit
Multiple Devices Driver (MDD) latest Version 2.01.16.1 32bit
E - typically the downloaded files will be downloaded to your download directory. One is for Windows 32 bit and the other is for Windows 64 bit.
F - extract the files and click on the Install.exe (administrative mode) file which will install drivers and test wizard to your windows OS.

Driver files are installed in the Windows\system32 directory and seen like any program installed on a Windows computer. IE: start, programs, etc.

3 - Plug in the W2Call box to your computer (USB cable and PS)
4 - CHECK your device manager to check if drivers installed correctly. It should look like this.

5 - Run the test wizard.

STOP here - if W2C Wizard does not work then the W2C box will not work with Homeseer Phone.
If the test wizard works then continue to the following steps - if the test wizard is not working or you are not seeing the drivers in device manager start again from the top.
6 - Start Homeseer 3.
7 - Go to the Phone tab and select your way to call device (WayToCall HiPhone Desktop) as shown in this screen capture.

Current distribution of Homeseer 3 (HSPro / Standard / S6) does NOT include the drivers for the Way to Call device.
