    Is this a memory leak?

    I've never noticed this before...

And it might not even be Homeseer... but i have little else running on the machine.

When i first Re-boot H.S... the Free/Total Physical Memory is around
    500 MBytes/ 0.99 GBytes (50% free)

My system has been up for almost 3 weeks now.. and it is

    334 MBytes/ 0.99 GBytes (33% free)

I've had great system stability since last reboot.. (up to 2.4 and also replaced a USB hub for my Vista Alarm plugin.....)

But is the memory something i should be worried about?

Is there any programs (available on web? free?) that will help me find out what is taking away my memory ever so slowly?

Like i said... i'm not sure it's homeseer.. because HS is only using around 93 MB (according to tools/about homeseer)

Not overly concerned.. but this is an area of tech/computers i don't know much about.

    Any ideas would be appreciated.

    Thanks

Do you have any scripts using hs.geturlie and have IE7 on the PC? Im told its not a true leak but if you have scripts using it HS there is an issue in that IE7 launches a new copy of IE7 every time the above command is used and can't quite keep track of it to close it properly (I think thats the right explanation) after its finished, leaving a load of unused copies of IE left running and then you have more memory consumption.

    Might be worth a shot...
