How to remove plug-in

I installed this plug-in and I see no way to remove it. See attached where no RED X is provided to remove the plug-in.

Remove the file hspi_apcupsd.exe and the following two directories html/apcupsd and html/images/apcupsd from the hs3 installation directory. Their is no built in removal process (like the installer) built-in for HS3 plugins.
