Unable to Find Harmony Devices & Activities

    Dear Rein,

I am trying to activate the Harmony Hubs to no avail. Can you help?

I have tried everything and nothing has worked.

    This is what it says:

Hub 1 devicename: Living Room Location: Hub1 is: Enabled

    Hub 1 Devices:

    No devices found

    Hub 1 Activities:

    No activities found

Hub 2 devicename: Movie Theater Location: Hub2 is: Enabled

    Hub 2 Devices:

    No devices found

    Hub 2 Activities:

    No activities found

I have a similar problem .. it found the activities on one hub, but no devices, and has not found anything on my second hub.

Have you identified the problem, Rien, or do you want a copy of my log?

      Cheers
      Tony

Did this get resolved? I'm having the same issue.

Plugin: Harmony Hub Get Activities ApplicationName='/usr/local/HomeSeer/bin/HarmonyHub/harmonyhubcontrol_linux_arm.exe', CommandLine='xxxx@xxxx.com XXXXX 192.168.1.120 list_activities_raw', CurrentDirectory='', Native error= Access denied-

I am testing out the trial version before purchasing. Hope this will get resolved

          Nevermind...

          cd /usr/local/HomeSeer/bin/HarmonyHub/
          sudo chmod +x harmonyhubcontrol_linux_arm.exe

          This fixed the issue.

Glad to see you found a fix.

I still have the problem - I'm running HS3 on Win10, so don't think this fix works for me.

Here's an extract from my log .. perhaps it's a different problem - seems to error every 5 minutes:

Jul-08 11:49:27 Harmony Hub Error Exception in Hub_Polling_Timer_Elapsed : Conversion from string "" to type 'Integer' is not valid.
Jul-08 11:44:27 Harmony Hub Error Exception in Hub_Polling_Timer_Elapsed : Conversion from string "" to type 'Integer' is not valid.
Jul-08 11:39:27 Harmony Hub Error Exception in Hub_Polling_Timer_Elapsed : Conversion from string "" to type 'Integer' is not valid.
