Add New Range Value Not Working

I am trying to add a range value to a device. The button appears to be clickable, but the range value never appears. Add New Single Value works correctly. I have tried three separate browsers but none work.

Delete the fixed values and add the range value(s) first. Then you can add the fixed values.

Look toward the bottom of post #6 in this thread.
