Push Notifications

Hello,

Is there a plugin for mobile phone notifications? I'm looking into Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), formally GCM to handle a few conditions my house runs into that needs attention to sooner than latter. Something like [pseudo code] hs.Notification("Water Valve just closed!").
