Best way to transfixes to/from the Zee S2

I was wanting to add jon00's Alexa Helper to my Zee S2. The only issue is that not knowing what's already running on the Zee I'm not sure what's the best way to go about this.

Without a little guidance I didn't want to just start firing up file sharing or FTP on the Zee.

The files will be coming from my Mac but that shouldn't be an issue. If it is I can always boot up Windows 7 and do the transfer.

I know nothing about the MAC, however most people running Windows use WinSCP to connect/transfer files to their Zee.

Please remember that due to the limitation of the Zee Web server, setup of my Alexa helper would have to be done manually.
