Cast streamed radio, e.g. from a .m3u format?

How would you best do this?
I would like to make some set radio channels / playlists.

Is there some way to see which URL the CCA is using from various apps?

When I try an URL like http://sverigesradio.se/topsy/direkt/132-lo-mp3.m3u
in a Chromecast event, nothing happens.

if you use the mp3 url which is inside the m3u file, it works:

http://http-live.sr.se/p1-mp3-64

- would you know if that is generic?

More importantly:
- is there some way to see the URL that is being used by the CCA?
- to be able to copy the playlists cast by apps such as e.g. Spotify?
