    Some Players Not Updating...

I recently switched Sonos back to using SonosNet from WiFi as apparently according to Sonos my multiple Ubiquiti AP's were causing some of the comms issues we saw (iPhone not seeing all players for example).

But now the PI is struggling. But only for some players, and only for things like current track, next track etc. Controls work, but what's playing isn't updating. I've restarted the PI, the HS Windows box, no change.

Any suggestions? I even tried killing the f/w which did nothing (seemed futile as other players work fine).

    Plug in v 3.1.0.22 on HS 3.0.0.318, Win 8.1

    Enabled Plug-Ins
    2.0.47.0: BLBackup
    2.0.8.0: BLEmail
    3.0.0.68: HSTouch Server
    3.0.0.47: ISYInsteon
    1.0.0.5: Restart
    3.1.0.22: Sonos
    3.0.6370.28796: UltraM1G3
    3.0.0.76: weatherXML

Player Table below, and I have a Bridge.

I added a Boost, now Sonos itself is reliable but the PI is struggling. I'm getting events like this

Oct-31 7:59:42 AM Sonos Error Error in DoRediscover with error = Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Oct-31 7:54:39 AM Sonos Error Error in DoRediscover with error = Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

So, should I reset the PI info? How do I do that? And I guess all my HS Touch screens will need fixing if new devices get created....?

Did you manually delete Sonos devices from the HS device manage page?
If so, either find your latest backup and go back or Stop HS3, delete the sonos.ini file and start HS3 again. However, this will wipe out all Sonos devices so any events your created that rely on the device, will have to be recreated.

If you did not delete anything, turn the debug flag on, disk logging on, stop HS3, start HS3, let is all come up, turn disk logging off and post the (disk) log file.

Hey Dirk, thanks for the reply.

I didn't delete any devices, I didn't want to go do that and mess up all my HS Touch screens unless it was absolutely necessary.

It seems like my Sonos network keeps dropping the new Bridge and going back to WiFi so I am going to open a case with Sonos. Once that is fixed, I'll go back to HS3 and we'll do the debug thing.

This had been working perfectly, and then....

How many players do you have? If more than one, which are wired and which are wireless? Suggestion, only wire the bridge and NO other player, else you can easily get network loops which will have players come and go. Same for the players, make sure they all connect to the bridge and NONE to your existing WIFI for exactly the same reason.
Run this command in a browser with the URL of a problematic player
