"Reprogram Device"
I have a spare 2440 RemoteLinc with a couple of buttons that don't work. Before I scrap it, I plan to do a factory reset and then use "Reprogram Device" to get the current links back in.
The instructions for the 2440 say to unlink all devices before doing a factory reset. Do I assume correctly that I do this manually/mechanically, i.e., not thru the plug-in? And that way the links database is preserved for re-programming?
