where find key and where post it? used to have this but log says key not found.

WU has a API license and has a station ID. I am not certain which is the key you are referencing. The API license is the same as the one used for WU forecast and that is where it is entered in the mcsSprinklers setup on the Weather Setup page.
WU changed their API recently.
