    How to erase BLDSC-Detailed.log?

Somehow the BLDSC-Detailed.log file has consumed 100% of my zee's free space. I thought it would recycle after 30 days like the other log. Anyway I think it's in the root folder, but I'm not familiar enough with SSH to delete it. What's the best way to get rid of this file?

Go to the options page in the plugin and make sure debug logging is OFF
    Then delete the log file
    Cheers,

I can't help you with deleting the log; I'm sure other's can. In the options page you need to unselect the log option. This is only for Blade's troubleshooting, and it will get enormous quickly.

Thanks for the quick replies. I have the log turned off, but I'm not sure how to delete a file that's in the root user's folder.

To clarify a few items: ls -l shows this info about the file:

          -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 5099798528 May 28 10:34 BLDSC-Detailed.log

I can't erase the file using any sudo commands and that's the extent of my limited debian knowledge.
