Hi Mark,
Hopefully this is a quick question: I can't get Insteon to recognize that there is a PLM. I'm using a 2413U, CM11A, HS2, your 2.0.0.4 plug-in, but the plugin doesn't recognize that there is a PLM. The Windows device manager recognizes COM 3 and 5, and when I unplug one, it appropriately disappears. So I'm pretty confident I have the right COM numbers entered. I installed the 3rd party drivers per your "getting started with Insteon" sticky. I initialized the powerlinc USB (see screenshot) but still get the Insteon error). Am I missing something simple?
Thanks,
John
