    I broke it

I installed the HS3 plugin on my HS3 system. I managed to, I think, get my readers set incorrectly. I deleted all the readers using the config tool, but in the log it is showing three readers, but two are reader 0 with different nodes? Probably due to my failing to reboot between each reader configuration.
Can the readers be reprogrammed correctly?

You'll have to try to delete two of the readers in HS, then disconnect readers at node 2 and node 3 and then restart Homeseer with only node 1 connected to the serial port.

Then connect a reader at node 2 location. Then add reader 2 in HS, save and restart HS.

Then connect a reader at node 3 location. Then add reader 3 in HS, save and restart HS.

You should see the enumeration occurring at each startup

If this does not work, please email us directly and we will access your system remotely.

    Thanks

    Andy

      Well,
I contacted Support@iautomate.com and Andy was able to log into my system and correct the configuration problems with the three readers. It was not something that I could have done on my own. Their support was terrific.
