Updates from recent firmware change?

I am getting
Plugin: Harmony Hub Get Activities The specified executable is not a valid application for this OS platform.-The specified executable is not a valid application for this OS platform

after update. I cannot run the HarmonyHubcontrol.exe from commandline either, I get window error tht it is not a valid win32 executable

I replaced that file with the 3.5.1 version and it works but activities aren't populating correctly

I get that error in the debug logs after everyupdate for the linux version but I don't manually change anything and it works. Looks like it installs all versions.

I am running on windows, and the harmonycontrol.exe in 3.6.5.0 will not run. I had to use an old version from the updates directory to even get it to work, but the activities on 1 of 2 hubs are not discovered except for "power off."
