Unable to Initialize RFXCom Receiver in HS3

Hi Bert, I just received a shiny new RFXrec433E for Christmas and I have a licensed version of the RFXCOM plug-in (v.3.0.0.33). The RFXrec443E receives just fine through the RFXmgr software and I can see all the OS sensors in my house. After shutting down RFXmgr and starting HS3, the plugin hangs-up with the status indicating "Initializing" on the Device Management page (attached). RFXmgr is NOT running when HS3 is running, so there is no conflict over the serial port.

The log entries relative to RFXCOM on HS3 startup as follows:

    Dec-30 5:31:23 PM Plug-In Finished initializing plug-in RFXCOM
    Dec-30 5:31:22 PM RFXCOM 33 (InitVariables) device:66:X_REC[1]Q:1
    Dec-30 5:31:22 PM RFXCOM 33 (InitVariables) device:64:X_IFACE[1]Q:0
    Dec-30 5:31:22 PM RFXCOM 33 (InitIO) RFXCOM version is:30.0.0.33
Dec-30 5:31:21 PM Info Plugin RFXCOM has connected. IP:127.0.0.1:1164

After about 20 minutes, I start receiving these messages in the HS3 log (in descending order):

    Dec-30 6:13:39 PM RFXCOM 33 (CheckReceivers) receiver #1 reconnected.
Dec-30 6:12:46 PM RFXCOM Error: 33 (CheckReceivers) error returned from RecRxChar
Dec-30 6:12:46 PM RFXCOM Error: 33 (Reconnect) receiver #1 stopped due to comm failure, try to reconnect.
Dec-30 6:12:46 PM RFXCOM Warning: 33 (DeActivateReceiver) error receiver 1 not used!
Dec-30 6:12:46 PM RFXCOM Error: 33 (RecRxChar) rec#1 didn't respond correctly to a set Variable Length Mode
Dec-30 5:51:59 PM RFXCOM Warning: 33 (RecRxChar) receiver #1 response was: 42, should be:2C, retry

    And so on...

During the entire time, the Device Management page shows the attached. Also attached is the setup page from the Receiver setup page. Hopefully this is something simple. I'm running WinXP SP3 with the latest version of HS3.

    Thanks in advance,
    Craig

Bert... OK... just as I submitted this, I went back and deleted the device from the Receiver tab of the PlugIn. Then I added it from the 433trx/433rec tab and it seems to be working now. Previously, I had installed all my other RFXCom receivers through the Receivers tab. It seems the new ones are different. No doubt that is in the help file somewhere... which I failed to read! ;-)

    Thanks again,
    Craig
