Fresh install of HS3 .293 on Win10 - The log is gone!

Could it be something with the "Time Range"? Why has it double 00 and a period? Shouldn't it be an integer?

Here's my main HS3 (also running on Win10 x64, but upgraded from Win7), it looks OK and it works.

What's going on? It's pretty hard to debug when the log doesn't work!
HSPro 3.0.0.458, Z-NET with Z-wave plugin 3.0.1.190, RFXCOM + 2x RFXtrx433E, HSTouch, Squeezebox plugin, iTach IP/WF2IR & GC-100-6 with UltraGCIR, BLDenon, NetcamStudio, Jon00s Webpage builder, Harmony Hub plugin, SCSIP (with FreePBX), Arduino plugin, IFTTT, Pushalot plugin, Device History plugin.
Running on Windows 10 (64) virtualized
on ESXi (Fujitsu Primergy TX150 S8).
    WinSeer (for Win10) - TextSeer - FitbitSeer - HSPI_MoskusSample

In the Logs folder, there should be a Startup.txt and a Previous_Startup.txt.
See if either of those are recent and if they contain any startup errors.

There are other posts on the board regarding others in Norway having the same issue. It's related to a Windows Norwegian setting, which when changed, gets the log working again.

      Cheers

... aha. So it's a HomeSeer issue, then.

Do you happen to have a link to these other posts? I can't seem to find them.

I solved it by replacing "." with ":" in the time format. I guess there's still some old formatting rules stuck in HomeSeer...
