    Goto Partition 0 & 1 loop

    Mark,

A secondary issue to the custom message thread, I have noticed something goes bonkers and I start getting this repeating series of entries in the log. Disarming both partitions seems to stop/clear the condition/behaviour. I toggled debug off so in the log snippet you'll have debug code and then the last bit is without debug. Maybe more of alarm issue than plug-in.

Vista 40, not sure I can answer the versions question. My backup NAS is offline and I don't know why yet.

with a vista 40, the plugin is trying to get the panel to display the faulted zones when it sees a panel message that contains "ZONES FAULTED".

Can you enable debug mode and see if you capture a log when the plugin has trouble getting the panel to display the faults? it would be around a plugin msg like the following:

          Mark,

Log attached. Arm the alarm, upon faulting a zone, allow the alarm to activate siren, then enter disarm code. I did take the plug-in out of debugging mode after capturing all of the normal dialog from plugin to the endless loop.

do you have the Vista 40 selected within the plugin?

what is the vistamodel= in the [general] section of the vistaalarm.ini?

lets just work on the goto 0 & 1 issue on this thread and hold off on the other issue until later

does your vista 40 display panel messages like the following when it asks you to Hit * to display faults? if not, what do they look like

Not really certain to what condition you want the panel in. In this case here are the messages with just a fault and the alarm is disarmed.

thanks for reporting back. the issue was related to the 'hit * to show faults' msg. the plugin was incorrectly responding to a message and causing the Gotos.
