    Licensing/Registration Issues/Concerns

    If you are having problems registering your HomeSeer HS2 software, please open a help desk ticket at http://helpdesk.homeseer.com and we will be glad to assist you as soon as possible.

    Note the following:

    1) You can re-install and re-register HomeSeer on the same PC as many times as you want
    2) You can move the software to another PC once without any problems, see 4 for a better option.
    3) You can open a help desk ticket and request a second license for a test/development PC. This would be a limited term license.
    4) Starting with the HomeSeer 2.2.0.66 Installer, by uninstalling the software, your license is removed from that PC and you may re-install on a different PC. You can do this as often as you like.

    We implemented this licensing scheme to protect our software, as we know of over a 1000 users of HS 1.7 that were using the software illegally.

    We are here to help with any issues. If you do not like the new licensing, feel free to request a refund on your HomeSeer HS2.
