    Fibaro FGMS-001 Lux reading

Is there any way to use the Lux reading from the Fibaro FGMS-001 motion sensor to determine if it's dark enough to switch on a light when motion is detected? At the moment i test if it's nighttime but have tried to change that test to check if the last Lux reading was less than 1 (Lux?) then turn on the light but that doesn't seem to be working. Any ideas where i might be going wrong?

    Hi, MalcolmS

I use this event for my toilets.

If the device Luminence is more than 30Lux, the light remains OFF

Thanks, I'll give that a try. I suspect that I was caught out by the interval that the Luminance sensor is updated.

Love that you get a spoken warning in your setup - do what you have to, you have 10 minutes! :-)
