First off Spud, thank you for all your development to the HomeSeer platform.
This plugin in particular is so valuable. It is allowing me to watch the playstate of the Chromecast device and turn/off an amplifier as a result.
It's working well but this morning when I awoke, the plugin didn't seem to be connected to any of the Chromecast devices in my house. Changes to playstate, playlist, volume, etc were not being reflected in HomeSeer devices and hence events not triggering.
I tried disabling/re-enabling the plugin, but ultimately I emptied out the Chromecast.ini file and rediscovered all the devices. It seems to be working again but I'm not sure what caused it to loose its connection.
I will post again if this happens again. Would appreciate any suggestions if you have any.
Sincerely,
Ben
P.S. Thought I would add that the "root" device for all my chromecasts are "disocnnected". I'm not sure why that is or if that may explain the above behaviour. That state persists even after reinstalling the plugin.
