Hello,

I am getting the following and no updates from my M1 ethernet interface
stale information.

Alarm Panel is working interface is not up to date.

Is there a way to reboot ethernet interface from Homeseer or is it a local process only with power removed ?

What can I do ?

If you are connected to the Elk M1 using the ElkRP program, then all other connected devices no longer work (including the UltraM1G plug-in).

Simply shutdown the ElkRP and you should be good to go.
