Hourly events still not working - I create an event to trigger at the top of every hour and the event creates as "every other hour".

That actually may be correct as you are asking it to trigger at the top of the hour with an offset of 60 minutes, so that is every other hour.

To do every hour, use the trigger:

"The event will automatically trigger once per hour from the top of the hour at"

Then select 0 min, 1 sec.

Yes, that will work, however, if you apply the same logic to every minute, you get every minute - not every other minute.

For example, create a recurring event that triggers every minute at 1 minute.
That event will work fine, triggering every minute.

Now create a recurring event that triggers every hour. It triggers every other hour.
