Managed to solve the issue. In case anyone else have same problem.
You should copy Mono.Zeroconf.Providers.Avahi.dll to iTunesDAAP installation folder (in my case it's under /usr/local/HomeSeer/bin/iTunesDAAP/)
I took this file from Airplay Speak plugin (same location under AirplaySpeak)

I have fixed this issue in version 3.0.0.29 available here.
Now all the needed dlls should be installed with the plug-in.
