ZWave not controlling devices?

So I hooked up a new plug-in module from Homeseer and got it successfully included in my network. It auto-added the device, and initial status seems to work OK. But that's it - I cannot control the device at all - the log shows a control attempt but nothing happens with either on or off.

I tried to delete the device and excluded and re-include it with no change. Comms seem to be working.

Did I miss a setting somewhere?

Awesome. I disabled and re-enabled the plugin and all is well.

For some reason it never crossed my mind to do that. Oops.
