Homeseer Speaker Quits Working After a Time

I have HS3 Pro installed on an Intel NUC with an i5 and 16GB RAM, Windows 10 latest version and updates.

All works great for about a day, then HS Speaker just stops working - no sound. I can simply exit and restart HS Speaker and all is working again for another day.

    Any ideas from anyone?

    Thanks in advance.

do you use remote desktop to view this machine ? you can loose the sound after a disconnect.

Nothing in the Application log. Could there be entries somewhere else?

I do occasionally use RDP to get to the machine, but the machine does have dedicated, wired speakers. I can try a test and reset it all without RDP to see if that fixes it, but I'm not optimistic. It sometimes goes as much as 2 days before losing sound, and I don't RDP to it during that time.
