Configuring new device types for RFXCom

I'm interested in seeing if I can listen in to other 433MHz devices I have. One of which I already have (wireless digital shower) and another which I don't yet ( security shutter keyfob).

Is there a way of doing this, in the same way as "Learning IR remotes" do it. To record the commands sent and store them??

I'd be very interested in this if it was possible.

Only the listed devices are supported.
All RF device protocols are hard coded and learning is not an option due to the differences in the protocols.

OK, thanks bert, I guess that writes off any chance of remotely turning my shower on... Not sure why I'd need it, but its sounded cool!

The shower is one of these: http://www.grohe.co.uk/en/bathroom-p.../p/25_794.html
