    Aeon Smart Switch G2

    I have an issue with my newly installed Aeon Smart Switch G2 (DSC26103-ZWUS). The device will include to the network without any errors but when I go to the settings page, there is a "This setting determines the function of the color LED" option that returns the error "No response from the device. Please make sure the device is powered and operating properly" (see attached).

    This makes accessing the device delayed from the device manager.

    I've removed and added the device 2 times with the same results. Also I have updated to the latest Z-Wave beta 3.0.1.110 and continue to have the same problem.

    Also, all of the buttons, e.g. Test Connectivity, Optimize, Full Optimize, Audit This Node, etc work without returning errors...

    Resurrecting this thread because this is still happening on HS3 Pro Edition 3.0.0.318 (Linux), Z-Wave Plugin 3.0.1.130 (and beta 137).

      I have the same Aeon device and have noticed the same symptom you have. It never bothered me because the switch has functioned flawlessly for the last year and responds to and notifies HS3 without delay. I'm assuming it may be a Aeon firmware issue but don't know if a newer firmware is available.

        Keeping this thread alive because it is a REAL issue that needs to be addressed by Homeseer.

          If you need this addressed you should open support tickets with Aeotec as well as Homeseer. Relying on this thread is not the fastest way to get this fixed.
