      What is the model number of the Yale lock and is it a deadbolt or lever lock

        It is a deadbolt and the lock details are seen in the HS Store here: http://store.homeseer.com/store/Yale...P1539C184.aspx

                  I wondered if it was something to do with the Office db engine. thank you - it fixed it.

                  I appreciate the rapid support, change and problem solving.

                  i'll run the Plug-In a little later to check that it catches everything all right though it seems unlikely not to given that it's a well tested module.
