Does anyone know a way to troubleshoot a Somfy zrtsi controller?
I installed some motorized blinds & they worked great, for about a month.
Lately I'm getting errors in the log.
Z-Wave Error Failed sending Z-Wave command to device: Somfy Master Bedroom Blinds
My other Z-wave devices are communicating just fine with the HS Smart Stick. So I'm guessing the error comes from lack of zrtsi response rather than a send failure. (also not getting the "s" on the display showing an rts transmission).
I hate to begin by deleting & re-creating the Somfy devices from scratch because of how they add up in Z-wave.
The zrtsi has been plugged in & not disturbed & I have power cycled it.
Anything to try first ?
