Today last years high/low temp

    Today last years high/low temp

    I see unusual data for "Today last years high/low temperature" on the replacement variables section. It looks like it's not updating properly? It's showing the high/low last year was 84/61 for Jan. 22, 2016. I checked Weather Underground and it says last year's temp was 26/15.

    Set the logging level to Debug.
    Manually run the Daily Schedule and check the log for any errors.

    You can also check the WUSecondary1.xml file to see if the data is there or if it is missing.

      Yes, WUSecondary1.xml is present in the data/weatherXML directory, and 'Date Modified' shows today's date and the current hour. I do not see any errors when I run 'daily':

        From the log entries, I can see that the Last Years High\Low is being skipped in the import which means that it is not being provided in the xml file.
        It could be that WU doesn't provide that data for your area, but since you are getting the Normal Ave Temps and the Record Temps, I would expect them to provide the Last Year History temps as well.

        I noticed in the log that you are using a stationID for the data.
        What I would recommend is when using a StationID instead of the Lat\Long to also check the box labeled "Use Station ID only for Current Conditions". That lets you use the StationID for things that it provides but will use the Lat and Long for History, Almanc, Forecast and Moon information. The checkbox is on the Locations page under the dropdown to select a StationID.

          Thank you for confirming where the issue is. I'll make the change you suggested. I had specified a station because it's in our back yard, but will try the history from nearby. Thanks!!
