Add power consumption manually

In Vera, if your device don't support consumption reporting you can easily manually add this per device (for a double relay device you could add this per "output"). Is there a way to do this in HS?

I've not found a way either. Doesn't seem possible

I asked for something similar over a year ago as a feature request and noted in a thread here:
