I just received an email from Paul about this. He asked if you could try this build:
    http://brultech.com/files/EngineG1.exe
Let me know how it works. If it does not he said there is more detailed logging.
    Thx
    Cheers,
    Bob

There is another problem that I am having is that the plug-in becomes disconnected and you need to click the connect button. This can happen when you stop and restart the engine software or sometimes in the middle of the night when nothing is going on.
Would there be a way to have the plug-in check at preset intervals and reconnect if need be?
I have forwarded your info to Paul. As soon as I hear from him, I will let you know.

If the plugin has not received any data from the Brultech Engine in x seconds, it will attempt to reconnect to it.
What do you have the "Client Connection Data Timeout" value set to? The default is 60 seconds
                  Cheers,

Just upgraded to the latest version of the plugin for my 1220 and am having some problems.

When I try to install the "EnginG" software I get a run time error '53': file not found SQLite3VB.dll error

Also, do I need to un-install the resident server?

I am not using the resident server app anymore.
Did you install the full build on their site first and then just replace the EXE with the latest on their site?
                      Cheers,

                        Problem 1 fixed, now onto # 2

Now getting a "Device ID of 0 is improper" error.

Com Port is open. I can get data from the IA application, but get this error when I select the "Read Device S/N" button.

I suggest you contact Paul directly for help on this. I have no control over their Engine application.

I would say yes to both.
