    Bluetooth Input

I don't find Bluetooth as an selection option in the Onkyo - Input device control. When I manually select it at the receiver, the device control indicates Video1, but selecting Video1 in the plugin does not set the input to Bluetooth. Am I missing something? If not, can it be added? Thanks.

Try out 2.0.62 in the beta section in the updater

Installed the beta and the Input options are different, but now only Video1-7 and DVD. The rest are missing. Input-Z2 drop-down options appear to be unchanged.

        Can you try this:

        Disable the plugin
Delete the input devices for zone1, zone2 etc
Restart the plugin - it should re-create them
        Cheers,
        Bob

So it appears I've created even more of a problem. I chose to delete all devices rather than follow your instructions to the letter--to my detriment. Thought there might be other device updates so why not recreate them all. It then only recreated 5 devices: Status, Power, Muting, Volume and Input. I tried stopping/restarting the PI and then completely deleted it and reinstalled. Even after creating a new receiver, still only those 5 devices are being created. Any thoughts (aside from the obvious that I should follow instructions).

Rolled back to 2.0.61.0 and all devices were recreated properly. I'll await further instruction on the beta. Thanks.

That is odd that .62 did not re-create them since none of that changed in the plugin

I'll give the beta another try and this time only recreate the 2 input devices.

Here's what I did and the result:

                  1. Stopped plugin .61
                  2. Installed beta .62
                  3. Deleted Zone 1 & Zone 2 input devices
                  4. Started plugin

Result: 1 device was recreated: Zone 1 input, with only 8 control options (Video1-7, DVD). Zone 2 input device was not recreated.

This seems to be the same result as before.

Bob, have you had opportunity to further investigate the issue I'm having? On clean reinstall, .62.0 only creates 5 devices, and the Input has only the 8 options noted earlier in this thread Zone 2 isn't created at all, along with most of the other expected devices. This is repeatable. I don't have an older version available to roll back to, so right now the only functionality I have is main zone power and volume, and selection of 8 inputs that I don't use.

Here's my Sys Info and below that an image of the devices it's creating along with the debug log from disabling and re-enabling the PI, in case it's of any help. (I get the error each time I disable the PI, but I don't know what it indicates.)

                      Thank you.
                      Wade

Can you do this for me so I have a log of the issue

                            1. Delete any old debug log
                            2. Delete the plugin input device for all zones from the device management page
                            3. Disable the plugin
                            4. Edit the hspi_BLOnkyo.ini file and change debugLevel=true
                            5. Save INI file
                            6. Enable the plugin

Once the plugin is started for 30 seconds or so, then disable debug logging on the options page

                            Attach the BLOnkyo-Detailed.log zipped
                            Cheers,
