- What Operating System Are You Using: (XP/Vista/7)<br>
- Are you running HomeSeer as a service? (Yes/No)<br>
- How is HomeSeer connected to the Elk M1? (serial/M1XEP):<br>
- Do you run any anti-virus programs? If Yes, indicate the name and version.<br>
- Describe the issue you are experiencing.<br>
- Are you able to duplicate the issue? (Yes/No) If Yes, describe the steps to duplicate the issue.<br>
- Send the debug log to ultrajones@hotmail.com using the procedure below.

How to send the debug log:
- Enable debug from UltraM1G > Options.
- Click the UltraM1G > Status > Relaod button.
- Assuming you get the error again, send me the hspi_ultram1g_debug.txt file located in HomeSeer's root directory.
- Disable debug.
