    Devices not responsive in echo

Suddenly my homeseer devices are saying they are not responding with my echo. They had been working perfectly for the past months. I have no idea how to fix this or what could cause it. They show up in smart home devices however.

I have the same problem which I noticed starting this morning. My Google Home works fine however with Homeseer.

Same here. Stopped working yesterday and still nothing today. I hope this isn't out all weekend.
Just got everything set up in HS and working great, now it doesn't work through Alexa.

Edit: Looks like it's up and running again. YAY!

Still out here. I wonder if Rich is aware of the problem

Been having some sporadic issues here today also with sometimes two of the same requests heard by Alexa being responded to with the not responding message then the second request going through OK.

Is there the possibility of getting a debug webpage put into HS so we can see what is coming into HS to determine where the issue might be?

Taking the blunderbuss approach, I rebooted everything on the network and Alexa started working again. I had expected to delete and relearn all of the devices, with the Alexa app, but it proved unnecessary....
