    Happy Thanksgiving Day!

Just a note to fellow HS folks and their families today.

    Happy Thankgiving!

    From the Wiki

Thanksgiving Day is a national holiday celebrated in Canada and the United States. It was originally celebrated as a day of giving thanks for the blessing of the harvest and of the preceding year. Thanksgiving is celebrated on the second Monday of October in Canada and on the fourth Thursday of November in the United States. Several other places around the world observe similar celebrations. Thanksgiving has historical roots in religious and cultural traditions.

Happy Thanksgiving to you Pete and all the fine folks here.

I'll be putting up outdoor decorations with attached X-10 modules, some of which date back to the late '80s. I'm thankful every year for those HA pioneers that made all the things we do today possible.

Yes here switched back to using X10 for all of the Christmas lighting inside and outside. The X10 lighting modules are packed now with the Christmas lighting.

Outside stuff is using Freewire which works great for me. Inside controllers have updated all of the X10 stuff via Jeff Volp's ware's.

Tried LED lighting over the years and removed it due to WAF. IE: using hard to find regular C9 bulbs.

I have incandescent candles in all of the windows and have tried LED but still prefer the regular bulb. Thinking though of trying Edison LED lamps for the candles.

Happy Thanksgiving to All as well.
I use z-wave for my exterior lighting. The Z-Nets have decent range.
