I only have three plugins enabled, z-wave, rfxcom and jowihue and they are all running remotely. I turned off myhs, logging is set to 5MB. For several hours things looked good, but HSConsole just went from around 190MB to 310MB (monitoring with htop). Nothing going on. Nothing out of sorts in the log. I am now going to turn off event processing, reboot and let it run all night. I'll have to do the light controlling manually (otherwise I will have a revolt here if the lights don't work).

Remotely via mono plugin server ip?
          or
          Remotely via sertonet?

Think you mentioned you are running on an RPi3 with Jessie lite; eh?

I am not running RFXCOM or JOWIHUE here but noticed that my Z-Wave (remote via sertonet) is running steady at 145Mb's where as console is running at 117Mb.

Looking at another HS3 user running Linux (46 days) but at V318 see his hsconsole steady at 412Mb, RFXCOM at 78k and JOWIHUE at 130Mb and ZWave at 154Mb.

This is the same user I mentioned before where I saw a 100% HSConsole for days and never could figure it out.

Remote plugin over IP on a second rpi3. Yes, Raspbian Jessie.

I've had fun with this, but I've got other things I want to spend time on.

So, I have this rock64 with 4GB waiting in the wings, with Ubuntu 16.04 64 bit. I was going to wait for the rock64 OS development to stabilize a bit more, but it seems stable enough at this point for HS3. I am about to go that way.

Yeah Homeseer will still run in 32 bit mode on the 64 bit Ubuntu.

Mono will run at 64bit mode.

Day three here at 129Mb for the HSConsole on HS3 lite up from 110Mb which is OK for me...want to see if it climbs some more. It should really plateau after a few days (hopefully).

Well while watching HTop for a few minutes it went to 107Mb and settled there before exiting SSH.

                Hello Rich,
I am using an S6 with HS3 .376 for the last 7 days, it was running normal up until yesterday when I started to have issues trying to connect to HST via MyHS. When I got home and Remote Desktop into the Hometroller the CPU was between 80-96% and memory was at 1.5 GB. Normally the memory runs at 690MB with very low @1-30% CPU usage.
I do not have BitDefender or any AV installed.

I have had 4 instances of CPU utilization going through the ceiling in the last several weeks. Each time it was the Z-Wave plug-in that was consuming the extra, going from a normal 1-3% CPU to over 50%. Disabling/enabling the plug-in cures it. I have yet to figure out what triggers it in the first place. The most recent time it did it was at 1:30PM last Tuesday. At 3:30PM HS CPU spiked to 65% and that is when an event automatically disabled/enabled the Z-Wave plug-in.

                    Hey Randy,
I shutdown HS3 then relaunched the program, waited about 20 minutes and it was still showing 1GB Memory usage. It didn't get back down to 690MB until I restarted the Hometroller. What version of HS3 are you on? Which version of the z-wave plugin? I've pasted mine below.

Thinking that I will move to .379 to see if the more recent changes Rich made will help.

If you are doing any testing, please update to the latest beta build 379 and report any issues with that build. I am not tracking down issues with previous builds.
If you see an issue, please post the system profile from the help page as there is more information on that page.

Not sure if this is at all related, but I just thought I'd mention it. Disabling UPNP in my HS .318 -install (seems to have) fixed the memory problems I've had for ages.

379 ran overnight for about 20 hours with a gradual, but slow, increase in memory, from around 169M to 239M when I checked it around 7:30AM. I was OK with it, and was going to let it run. Around 8 AM, the system cpu spiked. According to webmin, about half of that spike was "iowait". I wasn't aware it was happening, so was not able to troubleshoot. I can't find anything in the logs to determine what might have triggered this.

The interesting thing, though, is that after the system recovered (and it did) the HSConsole memory started a much faster increase (it is now over 700M 10 hours later), and the HSConsole CPU is sustaining more than 100% according to htop, and it appears to be increasing.
