Problem setting Temperatures on Z-wave floor Thermostat

I have a problem with this type of certified Z-wave Plus thermostat:
    http://products.z-wavealliance.org/products/1182
    Code:
okt-20 20:29:06 Z-Wave Device: 1st Floor Bathroom Energy Save Heating Setpoint Set to 26
okt-20 20:29:06 Device Control Device: 1st Floor Bathroom Energy Save Heating Setpoint to (value) (26) by/from: CAPI Control Handler
But the temp is set to 5 degrees.

To set the temp thru a parameter works fine.

Is there any log or something I can check to find if the problem is on the HS3 or on the thermostat side?
The vendor say that it forks fine with Fibaro HC

Have you seen the posts (#18) in this thread http://forums.homeseer.com/showthread.php?t=177050 - apparently COMMAND_CLASS_THERMOSTAT_SETPOINT_V2 is only supported whereas your thermostat according to the engineering spec supports COMMAND_CLASS_THERMOSTAT_SETPOINT_V3

It would appear that this set-point problem exists for a number of thermostat devices. In my case it is a heat-it unit.

I have established that the setpoints can be changed with COMMAND_CLASS_THERMOSTAT_SETPOINT_V2. I'm not sure if it's something that's not right in the Z-Wave plug-in or the device implementation.

I submitted a bugzilla ticket today with my findings.

I have a bunch of older Horstmann devices which worked fine in HS2 and fine in older versions of the ZW plug-in on HS3, but not don't work. Same set point issue.
