Trying to log helpdesk ticket...

I am trying to log a helpdesk ticket regarding the issues reported in the BLRing forum, really as a reminder for you, but I can't even do that.

Apart from the Plugin not being listed in the ticket dropdown (I chose Licence instead), it's throwing ODBC/MySQL errors when I try and submit the ticket:

What are you putting into the Homeseer version field? It may be too long
