    Transport locked

    I'm getting this error over and over in the HS log.
    Code:
    ERROR in GetQueueElement for zoneplayer = Emma with UPNP Error = Read only tag / Transport is locked / Access denied.
    Error = MyUPnPService.InvokeAction for ServiceID = http://192.168.1.108:1400/xml/ContentDirectory1.xml while preparing to send
    Action = Browse for URI = http://192.168.1.108:1400/MediaServer/ContentDirectory/Control and Request = Q:0
    BrowseDirectChildren * 0 1 with error = Unable to connect to the remote server
    Any idea what the problem could be?

    What are you trying to do with HSTouch? Browse content? The MediaAPI doesn't really work properly so I would turn the "support MediaAPI" in the config page off.

      How is your Sonos network configured? I will get that error frequently if even one is hardwired making it run on SonosNet. With all of my units straight WiFi the errors almost completely go away. I might see one a week. It has been this way since I switched to Sonos last year. It is also repeatable - it will immediately begin generating those errors and fail on TTS announcements if I connect a unit to copper and they will go away when I return it to WiFi.

      You will also get similar errors if a unit defined in the plug-in is offline. Is Emma plugged in and working with the Sonos App?

        I did have the Media API turned on. Turning it off but didn't seem to help.

        All of my players are connected to copper and I have the wifi in each unit turned off.

        I haven't had any issues until I moved this player to another room/different cat 5e. I'll try it on a different cat5e.

        Thanks for the suggestions.

          After turning the MediaAPI flag off, you need to restart HSTouch (or HS3 if you are currently experimenting with HS3 >v332). This is a function only used via MediaAPI calls.

              I agree with Randy, about having Cat5 connected. I have reduced my SONOS errors by going to all WIFI, but they still occur as they did tonight while We were gone to a wedding. I also do not have the MediaAPI enabled.
